PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition imposed as the petitioner shall report before F2 Auroville Police Station, Pondicherry every day at 10.00 a.m., instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7131 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed on him in para no.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7131 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025.
2. Heard Mr.B.Shakthivel, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. It is reported by Mr.S.Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the aforesaid fact, the condition no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7131 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025 is relaxed. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 12.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.7131 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.
