O R D E R

Mr.A.R.Karunakaran, learned counsel has entered appearance for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for parties state that they will endeavour to resolve the disputes amicably, for which window of eight weeks' time may be granted. The learned counsel for parties also proposed that in case they are unable to resolve the disputes amicably within the period of eight weeks, the disputes be resolved through the process of arbitration under the ageis of Madras High Court Arbitration Centre. The learned counsel for parties agreed that Mr.S.Silambanan, Senior Counsel may be appointed as an arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the disputes.

I, thus, by consent appoint Mr.S.Silambanan (Mobile 9840066919), Senior Counsel, No.1, High Court Chambers, High Court Buildings, Chennai-104 [Residence address - A1-193, 1st street, 12th Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600 040] as the sole arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the ageis of Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre (MHCAC) (Arbitration Proceedings) & (Administrative Cost and Arbitrators' Fees) Rules, 2014.

4. The Original Petition is accordingly allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
