Crl.M.P.No.7282 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5253 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5253 of 2024 dated 13.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. In this case final report is filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, without fail. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
