C.M.A.Sr.No.1961 of 2016 is filed against the judgment and decree dated 25.11.2014 made in M.C.O.P.No.1517 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IV Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant contended that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and nothing survives in this petition.
