For Petitioner : M/S.C.MOHANRAJ Advocate For Respondent : MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor for Puducherry, PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under sections 294(b), 354 (c) & 506(i) of I.P.C in Crime No.25 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioner video-graphed the defacto complainant while she was taking bath in her house. Hence, the case has been registered against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he had not committed any such offences as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that he had been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he pleads for anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent police raised objection for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. On perusal of First Information Report, it reveals that the petitioner video-graphed the defacto complainant while she was taking bath in her house. On seeing that, she informed the same to her husband. It is also seen from the FIR, that the petitioner/accused ran away after threatening the defacto complainant.

6. Considering the nature of offence, this Court is declined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
