This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent as respondents 6 and 7 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Ms. Nilapher, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Private notice sent by the petitioners / appellants to the proposed respondents have been duly served and their names have also been printed in the cause list today. The learned counsel for the petitioners / appellants would submit that Mr.S.Raghu and Mr.T.Dhanasekaran, learned counsels appearing for Respondents 2 to 4 are also appearing for the remaining respondents as well.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this CMP is allowed as prayed for.
