The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the investigation in the complaint is completed and the Investigating Officer has arrived at conclusion that it is a " mistake of fact" . He further states that within a period of 15 days he will complete the investigation and file RCS Report after serving notice to the complainant.
