This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has not attached any proof for having been given the complaint dated 21.08.2015.
4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
