ORDER

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to forbear the second respondent from erecting the high tension electric towers through the petitioner property of 17 Hector in Survey No.141/1 and 35.5 Hector in Survey No.141/3 at Perumpallai Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District. 2.Heard Mr.S.Gunaseelan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.Jayesh B.Dolia, learned counsel on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

3. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that no foundation has been erected or proposed to be erected in the petitioner land. In view of the said submission, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition.
