This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 6936 days in preferring the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.53174 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

It is made clear that the petitioners/appellants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 6936 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
