Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records culminating in the order of the first respondent dated 29.5.2012 made in proceedings Na.Ka.No.354/2011/A.2, quash the same and consequently reinstate the petitioner as an Assistant with effect from 29.5.2012 with continuity of service with all attendant service benefits including full salary for the period 29.5.2012 till the date of reinstatement.
