The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to preserve the river bund of khan sahib channel also known as Palaman river and to prevent burial or cremation of human dead bodies or to convert the same as grave yard or burial ground in the said river bund.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that accepting the request made by the Petitioner, order No. Na. Ka. A1-4301/2018 dated 05.09.2019 has been passed by the Second Respondent and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
