Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus, or any other writ, order or direction to call for the records in the impugned order of transfer passed by the 3rd and 4th respondent in Office Order No.31/BII/2021 dated 11.06.2021 is malafide, arbitrary and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 3 & 4 to permit the petitioner to continue in the office of the respondents 3 & 4. ORDER

(1) This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of transfer passed by the third and fourth respondent. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner admitted that pursuant to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against petitioner, she has been terminated from service and hence the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. (3) Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to prosecute the contempt petition independently.
