This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tindivanam, Villupuram District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.56 of 2014 within the time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the prosecution has examined eight witnesses as against ten listed witnesses. Under such circumstances, no order directing the Trial Court to complete the trial in a time bound manner can be passed by this Court.
