Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in connection with the charge memo in PR No.24/2008 dated 26.08.2008 and the order of punishment PR.No.24/H1/[PR.I]/2008 dated 27.01.2009 both issued by the 4th respondent herein and the order of rejection on appeal PR.No.105/6007/H1/2008 Appeal No.02/H1/2009 dated 20.02.2009 issued by the 3rd respondent herein and the order of rejection on review petition RC No.061608/AP.3[3]/09 dated 12.06.2009 issued by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all benefits.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 14.09.2015 to the Registry to that effect. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the petition.

2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 14.09.2015 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made in the petition, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
