The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioners shall report before the Respondent police station every Saturday at 10.30 am until further order imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28408 of 2024 dated on 26.11.2024, is relaxed.
