ORDER

This application has been filed for a direction to the

respondent to refund the balance security deposit of Rs.1,02,75,255/- along with interest @ 18% per annum.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the mediation report was placed before this Court. On going through the same, it is seen that parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 19.09.2025.

The learned standing counsel appearing for Chennai Port Trust submitted that pursuant to the settlement agreement, the payments have also been made.

In view of the above, this application is disposed of. No costs.
