O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to give three phase electricity service connection to the newly put up construction by taking into account the representation made by the petitioner on 3.8.2020.

2. Mr. Dilip Kumar, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner can be directed to make a formal application to the respondent seeking for three phase connection and the same will be considered and a decision will be taken within the time fixed by this Court. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a formal application to the respondent seeking for three phase connection to the newly constructed property and the respondent immediately on receipt of the same shall consider and take appropriate action within a period of two weeks from the date of submission of the application by the petitioner.

4. This Writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
