Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 22.04.2017 by granting a sum of Rs. 2,22,500/- the total stipend entitled to the petitioner as per norms for the year 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17.

The petitioner seeks for Mandamus as follows: To direct the Respondents to consider the representation dated 22.04.2017 by granting a sum of Rs. 2,22,500/- the total stipend entitled to the petitioner as per norms for the year https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents are not considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 22.04.2017 seeking for stipend for the years 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and 20162017.

4. Mr.A.Kumar, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the said representation will be considered and disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the above stated submissions, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected, the miscellaneous petition is closed.
