Original petition Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that succession certificate may be granted in favour of the petitioner with the power to collect the debts to receive the interest as specified in the schedule. The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate in respect of securities held by the deceased C.S.Lakshmi Narayana.

2. The petitioner is the wife and the respondents 1 and 2 are the children of the deceased C.S.Lakshmi Narayana who died intestate on 02.10.2017. The 1st petitioner has filed a proof affidavit. He has also produced the death certificate of C.S.Lakshmi Narayana and the same has been marked as Ex.P1. Ex.P2 is the legal heir certificate of the deceased. Ex.P2 shows that the petitioner and the respondents are the legal heirs of the deceased. The respondents 1 and 2 have filed a consent affidavit expressing their consent for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner.

3. In view of the same the petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.

4. Registry is directed to issue Succession Certificate by 08.03.2019.
