There is no representation for the petitioner. The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to go abroad pending investigation in Crime No.2 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent viz., Inspector of Police, W-25, All Woman Police Station, (T.Nagar) Crime No.2 of 2011, Chennai City.

2. A perusal of the records shows that the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2011 had already concluded and the final report in Crime No.2 of 2011 is filed before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai and the same is pending for trial.
3. In the facts and circumstances, prayer in the present Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and therefore, the same is dismissed.
