ORDER

Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 07.08.2017 for the issuance of patta in respect of lands measuring an extent of 4.00 acres in S.No.648/1, Kunnathur Village, Nemili Taluk, Vellore District.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2017 has not yet been considered by the 3rd respondent so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, after giving notice to the 4th respondent.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
