This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the Investigation and file final report in respect of FIR in Crime No.39 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2. The complaint regarding forgery and fake document is under investigation in Crime No.39 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent. The defacto complainant seeks direction from the second respondent to complete the investigation within the period prescribed.
3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent states that since the documents are alleged to be fake and signatures are forged, scientific expert opinion is sought and once the report is received, final report will be filed and it will take six months to complete the investigation.
