2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a hawker and he has been issued an Identity card. The petitioner has preferred a representation dated 25.01.2019 to allot a bunk shop at Frazer Bridge Road (presently TNPSC road) at the side of the entrance of Raja Annamalai Mandram.

3. The only prayer of the petitioner is that his representation be decided at the earliest.

4. The learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and decided within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said submission of the learned counsel for respondent No.2 is taken on record.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.2, no further directions are required to be passed and the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.12972 of 2019 is closed.
