By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner alleging misdeeds on the part of the third respondent, made a representation to the second respondent to remove him from the hereditary trusteeship of Arulmighu Pillaiyar, Dharmaraja and Drowpathy Ammachar and Mariyamman Temples situated at Kannakurukkai Village, Paichal Post, Chengam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, and would state that since it was not given disposal, filed
W.P.No.21959/2012 and this Court vide order dated 25.9.2013, has directed the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 9.1.2012, and pass orders within a stipulated time and accordingly, the second respondent has passed an order of interim suspension suspending the third respondent, and challenging the same, the third respondent filed R.P.No.104/2014 and the first respondent has set aside the order and remanded the matter to the second respondent for fresh disposal and after remand, no progress has taken place and hence, he came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. 4.
This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to dispose of R.C.No.7694/2013, pending on his file, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
