J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Writ Order dated 28.04.2022 passed in W.P.No.10465 of 2020 is under challenge in the present Intra Court appeal. The Writ Petitioner / Union is the appellant before this Court.
2. The policy decision of the Government for imparting Refresher Survey Training for seven days to Village Administrative
Officers for engaging them in processing of Online Patta Transfer issued vide G.O.(Ms) No.173 Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Survey and Settlement Wing dated 26.03.2020 came to be challenged in the Writ Petition. The Writ Court has elaborately considered the issue, including maintainability of the Writ Petition by an Association and dismissed the same.
3. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 would bring it to the notice of this Court that seven days' training had already been imparted.
4. That being the factum, the cause became vanished and no further adjudication is required in this matter. Consequently, the present Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
