O R D E R

This revision arises against the order of learned Judge, Family Court, Salem, passed in M.C.No.11 of 2009 on 22.04.2016.

2. Petitioner and first respondent are husband and wife and second respondent is their son. Respondents preferred M.C.No.11 of 2009 on the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Salem, seeking maintenance in a sum of Rs.10,000/- p.m. to first respondent and Rs.5,000/- to second respondent till his marriage, Court below, under the impugned order, directed petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- and Rs.3,000/- towards monthly maintenance to respondents 1 and 2 respectively. Against such order, the present revision has been filed.

3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

4. Order of this Court dated 10.01.2017 requiring the petitioner to make a payment of Rs.75,000/- on or before 23.02.2017 has not been complied with. Hence this Criminal Revision Case shall stand dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition closed.
