The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had given a letter dated 28.10.2021 to the registry to list the matter for the purpose of withdrawal and hence, the matter has been listed today under the caption "For Withdrawal". 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the letter dated 28.10.2021 given to the registry by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him before this Court today, viz., 23.12.2021, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
