2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay. Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 2783 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.2413/- in CMA.SR.No.79783 of 2014 is condoned.
