Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of a Writ, that the Petitioner Trust is entiteld to carry on the functioning of the School run by the Petitioner Trust, viz. Hairoonthai Public School, for the academic year 2014-2015, till the 5th Respondent passes orders, in accordance with law, on the Petitioner Trust School's application dated 09.06.2014 submitted by the Petitioner Trust School for granting provisional affiliation to the Petitioner Trust's School.
