ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register and file an FIR on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.09.2019.

2. The petitioner had lodged a complaint against one Papa alias Shoba, who is a close relative to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ambattur, on 07.09.2019, which was forwarded to the T-10, Thirumullaivoyal Police Station. Thereafter, the petitioner had filed a petition under RTI seeking stage of the case. From the RTI report, it is seen that the petition was received. Thereafter, no case was registered and closed on 18.09.2019. Thereafter, this petition has been filed seeking direction to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint, dated 07.09.2019.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that enquiry has been conducted and found out it is a dispute between the family members and no cognizable offence has been made out.

4. Considering the above and the materials available on record, it is seen that it is a dispute between the petitioner and his close relative, which is a private in nature and as on date, the complaint dated 07.09.2019, has been closed.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
