This Application has been filed to make amendment in A.No.1841 of 2023 that instead of A.No.4706 of 2022, it shall be amended as A.No.4702 of 2022 in paragraph 5 of the affidavit, prayer paragraph and in the Judge's summons.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this amendment application is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the A.No.1841 of 2023.
