C.M.P.No.8626, 8629,& 8632 of 2020 in CMA No..2913 of 2020 C.M.P Nos.8626, 8629 & 8632 of 2020 in C.M.A No.2913 of 2006 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J These applications have been filed i) to condone the delay of 4382 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement for the death caused to the 1st respondent in the main appeal, ii) to set aside the abatement for the death caused to the 1st respondent in the main apppal and iii) to bring the 5th respondent as legal heir of the deceased 1st respondent and rank him as 5th respondent in the main appeal.

2.This Court is satisfied with the affidavits filed in support of the petitions in C.M.P Nos.8626, 8629 & 8632 of 2020. The respondents have also not raised any serious objection for allowing these applications.

3. Accordingly, the petitions in CMP Nos.8626, 8629 and 8632 of 2020 are allowed.
