A.No.2024 of 2022 in C.S.No.74 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application is filed by the applicant/proposed defendant seeking to implead him as 4th defendant in O.A.No.270 of 2022 in C.S.No.74 of 2022.

2.Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3/defendants 1 to 3 made formal objection to implead the applicant in O.A.No.270 of 2022 in C.S.No.74 of 2022, the applicant is the Administrative Committee, who administer the day-to-day affairs of the Diocese.

3.In view of the above, this Court feels that though the applicant has no much roles to play in this dispute, he could provide information relating to the day-to-day affairs of the Diocese. Hence, it would be appropriate to implead the applicant in O.A.No.270 of 2022 in C.S.No.74 of 2022. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
