2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sixth respondent has taken charge as the Secretary of the petitionerUnion and therefore, the petitioner has nothing to do with the present writ petition. Accordingly, she would submit that the writ petition may be dismissed as nothing survives further for adjudication.
3. In the counter affidavit filed by the sixth respondent, he has stated that in the election held on 05.10.2013 for the posts in the Executive Committee, he was elected as the General Secretary of the Union. The same is also taken on record.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
