ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Driver on compassionate grounds by considering his applications dated 24.06.2019, 08.11.2019 and on 12.08.2020 in the light of the orders issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.104246/Va.Pa/A3/2019 dated 27.01.2020 within a stipulated period of time.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's applications dated 24.06.2019, 08.11.2019 and 12.08.2020 in the light of the orders issued by the 2nd respondent earlier in connection with this issue.

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer which is sought for in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's applications seeking for compassionate appointment, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's applications dated 24.06.2019, 08.11.2019 and 12.08.2020 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
