... Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent 24.04.2017 made in G.O. (Ms) No. 163, Law (Administration) Department and to quash the same, consequently direct the respondent to renew the Notary Certificate of the Petitioner issued on 13.11.1991 forthwith.

O R D E R
When it is pointed out that the Respondents by the impugned order in G.O. (Ms). No. 163, Law (Administration) Department dated 24.04.2017 has removed the name of the Petitioner from the register of Notaries maintained by the Government under Section 4 of the Notaries Act, 1952, as the reason adduced by him for condoning and enormous delay of 4543 days in seeking renewal was not convincing, which could not be faulted, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to apply afresh whenever applications are called for appointment of Notary Public and has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
2.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty, if the Petitioner is otherwise eligible. No costs.
