(CRIME NO.8 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.2368/2022 on the conditions order passed by this Honble Court dated on 02/02/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.JAGADEESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2368 of 2022 on 02.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
