This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6218 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6218 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the first and third week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
