This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 20.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.4657 of 2024 to execute sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first petitioner has been discharged from the hospital on 08.04.2024, so he was unable to comply with the conditions of the Court. The discharge summary is also filed to that effect.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till first week of June 2024 to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
