ORDER

The copy of Memorandum of Understanding dated 07.09.2016 jointly filed by the parties is taken on record. In terms of paragraphs 6 and 7, the respondent and the petitioner respectively have to withdraw C.S.(O.S.) No.3650 of 2014 filed before the Delhi High Court and the present Original Petition filed before this Court.

2. In view of the Memorandum of Understanding, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
