Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the writ petitions had become infructuous, hence, the same may be dismissed. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the said statement and endorsement, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 of 2006 are also dismissed. No costs.
