ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition in para no.5 imposed upon the petitioner/accused in Crl.M.P.No.2952 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2297 of 2024 dated 21.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2297 of 2025 by order dated 30.01.2025 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.2952 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2297 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 is relaxed.
