ORDER

Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner had not given any application and without doing so, the petitioner directly approached this Court and hence, the Writ Petition is not maintainable.

However, in reply to the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already given a representation directly to the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Be that as it may be, the petitioner being the owner of the bulls and bullock cart, would be in a better position to take care of the well being of the bullocks. Since the bullocks are seized and handed over to the third respondent, the petitioner is directed to give one more representation along with the order copy to the first respondent. On receipt of the same, it is for the third respondent to release the bulls forthwith. However, it is left open to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law with regard to the bullock carts.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub Assistant Registrar mra To 1.
