The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider his loan application dated 23.03.2017 and sanction the loan in favour of the petitioner.

2.By loan application dated 23.03.2017, the petitioner sought for an educational loan of Rs.8,25,000/- (Rupees eight lakhs and twenty five thousand only).

3. The respondent filed a counter stating that the petitioner is entitled to a total sum of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees two lakhs and twenty five thousand only) for the entire course as educational loan.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is agreeable to receive the said amount i.e. Rs.2,25,000/- towards educational loan for the entire course.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner is agreeable for getting the educational loan of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees two lakhs and twenty five thousand only), I do not find any reason to keep the writ petition pending. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
