It appears that the 4th respondent-Ramasamy died and therefore, to implead the legal representatives of deceased Ramasamy, petitions in CMP.Nos.9336, 9338 and 9339 of 2024 have been filed. There is no serious objection on behalf of the 1st respondent. Hence, having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the averments made in the petition, all these petitions are allowed.

2. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the appeal memorandum.
