O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to not to harass the petitioner to settle the money borrowed by his son sans his knowledge 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that while there is no complaint pending against the petitioner, a complaint has been lodged against the petitioner's son. He further submitted that in connection with the said cheating complaint, the respondents had visited the petitioner's residence only for the purpose of enquiry and that the respondents have not otherwise harassed the petitioner. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
