COMMON ORDER These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 07.10.2026 made in Crl.R.C.Nos.1942 and 1943 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the condition directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- may be modified to Rs.5,00,000/- for both the cases together.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 07.10.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) for both the cases together.

4. It is further directed that on such deposit, the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned shall, as stated in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 07.10.2026, release the petitioner, if not required in connection with any other case, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. 06-05-2026 kmm To The Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras.
