ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted before this Court that as per provisions of Insolvency Act, a liquidator has been appointed, therefore seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate Forum. No costs.
