ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for the hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 submitted that challenging the action initiated against them, they have invoked Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

2. In view of the same, no further order is required in this writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to implead himself as a party to the abovesaid proceedings.

3. The writ petition stands closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
